Woody Debris and Other Shorelines Building on experience gained from coastal installations, Mangrove Reef Wall panels were adapted to freshwater environments to counter the negative impact of hardening shorelines along canals and lakefronts, and instead, create regenerative habitats anchored by waterfronts that encourage life rather than discouraging it.
